Win888 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Any deposit originating from a payment account that does not match your Win888 account identity will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation. You confirm that all funds deposited on Win888 are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request on Win888, your account must be fully verified, your real-money balance must equal or exceed the minimum withdrawal amount, and all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds must be fully completed. Win888 will not process a withdrawal from a balance that includes bonus funds still subject to rollover.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over Win888 or other players
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in table games or tournaments
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purposes of money laundering or any other criminal activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Registering or operating a Win888 account on behalf of another person
• Attempting to access another player's Win888 account without authorisation
• Creating or operating multiple Win888 accounts
• Deliberately exploiting Win888's bonus or promotional system in bad faith, including but not limited to creating accounts with the sole intent of claiming welcome bonuses without genuine gameplay
• Using VPN services or proxy servers to obscure your true location or identity while using Win888

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Win888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• Win888 suspects fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with the account
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity information
• The player fails to complete age or identity verification within the timeframe requested
• Win888 determines that continuing to provide services to the player would create legal, regulatory or reputational risk for the platform

Where an account is suspended for investigation, Win888 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player where it is lawful and safe to do so. Where suspension results from confirmed breach of these Terms, Win888 may withhold bonus balances and associated winnings but will return verified real-money deposits less any amounts legitimately owed to Win888.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on Win888 — including but not limited to the Win888 brand name, logo, game interfaces, platform design, promotional materials, text, images and software — is the intellectual property of Win888 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
